Powering Progress: NTPC Adds 153.94 MW to Kalasar Solar Project

NTPC Green Energy has expanded its renewable portfolio with the commercial launch of two new segments totaling 153.94 MW at its Kalasar Solar Energy Project in Bikaner, Rajasthan. Effective October 1, 2026, this addition brings the Group’s total installed capacity to 11,212.51 MW. The rollout is part of a progressive expansion strategy for a larger 650-MW solar initiative, managed by NTPC Renewable Energy.
